The U.S. Army intends to award a single firm-fixed-price purchase order for three portable front/rear projector systems and three secure KVM multi-viewers, with shipping/freight included on a FOB destination basis. The projector systems must provide a minimum 64-by-36-inch image area, use a tool-free foldable aluminum frame with floating projector mount and adjustable risers, support resolutions through WUXGA and 1080p, and fit in a heavy-duty wheeled transit case. The KVM units must be secure four-port-to-two-port multi-viewers certified to Protection Profile for Peripheral Sharing Device Version 4.0, support HDMI and DisplayPort inputs, provide two HDMI outputs, offer quad-view and full-screen modes, permit single-keyboard-and-mouse control, and support cascading for up to 16 sources. Quotes must include manufacturer part numbers, technical cut sheets and a compliance matrix for equal products, a completed CLIN schedule with pricing, FOB Destination confirmation, active SAM registration information, required representations, and vendor contact information. Award will use a lowest-price technically acceptable evaluation, including acceptable past performance. Delivery is required within 30 calendar days after award.
