Description
The Delaware Army National Guard is soliciting bids for the Scannell Refurbishment project (DEARNG Contract No. 2023-006; ARNG23006-SRCREFURB). This project involves comprehensive renovations to the Scannell Readiness Center located at 1150 Powers Lane, Delaware City, DE 19706. The scope of work includes improvements to the building envelope, mechanical, electrical, interior finishes, civil/structural aspects, and environmental systems. The project also encompasses miscellaneous renovations throughout the facility. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Monday, July 20, 2026, at 11:00 AM local time at 1150 Powers Lane, Delaware City, DE 19706. Attendance at this meeting is a prerequisite for bidding. Sealed bids are due by 11:00 AM local time on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, and will be publicly read aloud. Bidders are required to show identification and sign in upon entering the Biden National Guard/Reserve Center at 1 Vavala Way, New Castle, Delaware 19720. Contract documents can be obtained from Reprographics Center, Inc. for a fee.
