Description
Pinellas County is soliciting full-service janitorial services for five Solid Waste facilities. The scope includes daily, weekly, monthly, and periodic cleaning of offices, conference rooms, restrooms, breakrooms, kitchens, corridors, lobbies, entryways, storage areas, and utility areas; trash and recycling removal; floor sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, machine scrubbing, buffing, stripping, waxing, and carpet extraction; restroom sanitation and restocking; high-touch surface disinfection; glass and stainless-steel cleaning; and exterior entryway and surrounding-area maintenance. The contractor must provide management, supervision, labor, cleaning chemicals, safety data sheets, tools, equipment, and personal protective equipment. The contractor must maintain trained on-site personnel, comply with facility access controls, provide quality-control inspections and service logs, report incidents and hazards, and resolve identified issues within agreed timelines. The client will provide specified consumables such as soap, paper towels, and toilet tissue unless otherwise agreed. Pricing is requested by facility on a monthly basis for a 60-month contract term, with possible two 12-month extensions.
