Description
The City of Pittsburgh's Office of Management & Budget is seeking to establish a list of pre-qualified contractors for HVAC rehabilitation, repair, and renovation services. This is a pre-qualification process, and individual scopes of work will be solicited from the approved list as needs arise. The initial contract period is set to commence upon execution and will terminate on February 29th, 2028. All bids must be submitted electronically via email to contracts@pittsburghpa.gov. Failure to submit the required application packet by the deadline may result in significant processing delays.
