Description
The United States Air Force is soliciting a single-award requirements contract for comprehensive heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning maintenance services at Defense Communications Detachment Okinawa. The contractor must provide all management, labor, tools, supplies, and equipment needed to operate and maintain HVAC and supporting systems, including preventive maintenance inspections, cleaning, lubrication, adjustments, filter servicing, testing, repairs, refrigerant recovery, and maintenance of chillers, air-handling units, pumps, condensing units, water heaters, VAV units, fan-coil units, ventilation equipment, and related controls. The requirement includes a 24-hour, seven-day service-call desk; response to service calls within two hours; routine repairs and replacement of parts up to ¥10,000 at no additional cost to the Government; monthly reporting; a six-month preventive-maintenance schedule; equipment inventory; emergency and priority service; and compliance with Japanese laws, environmental standards, safety requirements, base-access procedures, and specified Japanese certifications or licenses. The contractor must submit pricing for five annual performance periods and reimbursable parts and materials, with the total period of performance running from December 1, 2026, through November 30, 2031.
