The U.S. Army seeks a single vendor to develop, field, and support a modernized, high-fidelity, standardized Virtual Maintenance Trainer for MH-60 maintainers supporting the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment. The complete virtual training package includes software development, hardware delivery, curriculum integration, and on-site support infrastructure. The solution will cover MH-60 maintenance tasks and procedures, including guided and unguided procedural training, interactive technical materials, high-fidelity models of the MH-60M Attack and Assault variants, and AI-enabled fault simulation for MH-60-unique electrical, hydraulic, avionics, and powerplant tasks. The scope includes component removal and installation, troubleshooting, performance assessment, instructor and subject-matter-expert support, deployment, and sustainment. Phase 1 is expected to focus on data collection, task validation and prioritization, design, and subject-matter-expert consultation; development and validation of additional task content may continue during Phase 2. Weapon-system modeling and procedures are no longer within scope, and the Government extended the submission deadline to September 11, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
