Description
The City of Milwaukie seeks a contractor to rehabilitate approximately 2,500 linear feet of sanitary sewer pipe using ultraviolet-cured-in-place pipe lining. The contractor must provide the labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment, and other resources needed to complete the work described in the plans and specifications. All work must be completed by March 31, 2027. This public works project is subject to Oregon prevailing wage requirements. Bids must include the required prevailing-wage statement and identify whether the bidder is a resident bidder. A certified check, cashier’s check, or bid bond equal to 10% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The engineer’s estimate is $934,000 to $1,090,000.
