Description
The U.S. Army is conducting a voluntary sources-sought market research survey for potential future production of the Chute, Ammunition, NSN 1005-01-176-6086, Government part number 12328757-2, and manufacturer part number S255023-102, for the Bradley vehicle. The estimated quantity is 100 units per year for five years, totaling 500 units. First article testing is identified as not applicable. Respondents are asked to provide company, business-size, manufacturing capability, production location, relevant government-contract experience, production lead time, sustainable monthly production rates, current unit pricing, quality-management information, commercial-availability information, and any other pertinent information. A distribution-code-D technical data package exists but will only be made available if a future solicitation is released; access requires a current DD 2345 certification on file with the Defense Logistics Information Service and active Joint Certification Program registration. This notice does not request proposals or quotations and does not guarantee a future solicitation or award.
