Description
The City of Minneapolis is seeking proposals from nonprofit organizations for its Business District Support program, including 38th Street THRIVE funding. Grants support activities that enhance business district vitality, benefit existing businesses, diversify an area's customer base, and increase the diversity of goods and services available. Proposals are submitted by email. The City reserves the right to reject any or all applications.
