Description
Rainier School District 13 is soliciting proposals for leased lit transport using MEF Ethernet Private Line (EPL) services. The requested standalone data transmission service must support capacity between 5 Gbps and 10 Gbps and includes installation and initial configuration. The cost proposal provides pricing options for 5 Gbps and 10 Gbps service under one-year and three-year terms, along with monthly fees, taxes and government-assessed charges, non-recurring installation, and non-recurring special construction. The service will connect the Rainier School District Office with Northwest Regional ESD. Providers must maintain compliance with Schools and Libraries Division and Universal Service Administrative Company requirements and maintain a valid Service Provider Identification Number. Awards are contingent on sufficient E-Rate funding and required district approvals. Proposals must be concise and responsive; excessive marketing content may result in a non-responsive proposal. Email submissions are expressly prohibited, and proposals must use the submission method identified in the RFP.
