Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons is soliciting quotes for the supply and delivery of whole, pasteurized, unflavored milk during the first quarter of fiscal year 2027. The requirement includes 30,000 half-pint containers, packaged as 8-fluid-ounce aseptic packages or plastic bottles, and 6,500 five-gallon containers for a milk dispenser. Products must comply with the specified commercial item description and applicable federal standards. The delivery period is October 6 through December 29, 2026, with all quantities due by December 29, 2026. Deliveries are accepted Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., excluding federal holidays, and must be palletized. Non-frozen perishable food must be maintained between 34°F and 40°F. The delivery vehicle must be suitable for unloading onto a four-foot elevated dock.
