Description
Chippewa Valley Technical College is seeking a contractor to provide custodial services at multiple campus locations. The contract is expected to begin January 1, 2027, with an initial five-year term and two optional one-year extensions, for a maximum total term of seven years. The college may negotiate proposed fees and reserves the right to award or not award the specified service agreements if submitted proposals do not meet its expectations. The solicitation identifies mandatory walkthroughs of existing conditions at Eau Claire and River Falls facilities, with tours also covering Menomonie and Chippewa Falls facilities.
