Description
Clay County Parks, Recreation and Historic Sites is soliciting a new, unused, current-production trailer-mounted boom lift. The equipment must be highway towable and include an appropriately rated trailer, hydraulic or equivalent brakes, safety chains, LED lighting, parking brake, leveling hydraulic outriggers with interlocks and indicators, an articulating boom, a platform rated for at least 500 pounds, proportional controls, emergency stops, warning systems, and required fall-protection provisions. Minimum performance requirements include a 55-foot working height, 49-foot platform height, 28-foot horizontal outreach, 22-foot up-and-over clearance, and specified platform and rotation capabilities. The lift must use a 24V DC battery-electric or equivalent power system, comply with applicable ANSI/SAIA and OSHA requirements, and include manuals and emergency-lowering capability. The bid must include firm pricing for the base equipment, other mandatory costs, optional equipment, warranty coverage, service support, and delivery. The successful vendor must provide manufacturer specifications, a technical compliance matrix, warranty information, delivery schedule, training description, service and parts-support information, exceptions, and at least three similar references. Delivery includes freight, preparation, standard pre-delivery inspection, and initial operator orientation covering safe operation, setup, towing, outriggers, emergency descent, inspection, charging, and safety procedures.
