Description
The City of Tulsa is soliciting bids for one new, current-year-model 34,000-pound-class wheel loader for its Water and Sewer Department. The specified equipment is based on a Komatsu WA320-8 mid-size wheel loader or acceptable equivalent and must meet detailed requirements for dimensions, engine and emissions, operator compartment, performance, hydraulics, drivetrain, safety equipment, tires, quick coupler, bucket, forks, heaters, fenders, manuals, and other accessories. Bidders must provide complete written responses to every specification; equivalent equipment must include descriptive manufacturer literature. The loader requires a minimum one-year manufacturer warranty, with the specifications also stating a 60-month or 5,000-hour warranty, and a similar replacement loader must be furnished at no cost if covered repairs exceed 48 hours. The bid includes delivery to Tulsa, Oklahoma, with unloading handled by the seller or shipping entity. Bidders must state normal delivery time and submit standard warranty information.
