Description
Spartanburg County School District Six is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide, deploy, and maintain autonomous robotic floor scrubbers and sweepers. The equipment must support continuous operation of at least four hours per charge, recharge in no more than five hours, and include required docking, water-management, navigation, fleet-management, computer-vision, and cleaning capabilities. All software and fleet-management functionality must be included in the purchase price without recurring fees. The bidding entity itself must have an office in South Carolina and maintain manufacturer-certified service technicians within a 50-mile radius of the district office; a contracted authorized service provider does not satisfy this requirement. Deployment locations and cleanable square footage are to be determined, while docking locations will have access to power, clean water, and an approved wastewater connection. The solicitation references Cenobots L50 and L3, or equivalent equipment, and confirms that a line-by-line compliance matrix may be used to demonstrate equivalency.
