Description
The Charles Lea Center is requesting quotes for a bathroom modification project in Spartanburg, South Carolina. The work includes installing a 5-by-5-foot zero-entry roll-in shower; replacing the existing shower window with a waterproof, operable transom-style window; reconfiguring bathroom walls to accommodate the new shower; and adding a functioning bathroom exhaust fan. Bidders must be enrolled as providers with the Office of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities and able to direct-bill the South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services for services.
