Description
The City of Pittsburgh Office of Management & Budget is soliciting applications to establish a list of pre-qualified contractors for HVAC rehabilitation, repair, and renovation services. These services will be required at various city-owned facilities, including fire stations, police stations, parks, recreational facilities, and city offices. The initial contract period is set to begin upon execution and conclude on February 29th, 2028. Prospective contractors must submit their completed application packets electronically to contracts@pittsburghpa.gov. Failure to submit the application by the deadline may result in significant processing delays.
