Description
Centennial Public Schools is soliciting proposals for one 1 Gbps fiber-optic internet access and data transmission service. The service includes installation and initial configuration and is intended to improve the security, reliability, resiliency, traffic management, redundancy, and availability of the district’s network infrastructure. The connection will support network segmentation to isolate critical systems and sensitive district data, reduce the potential impact of cybersecurity incidents, and maintain access to instructional and administrative applications during outages or service disruptions. Contracts will be awarded after the district receives a funding commitment and decision letter from the Schools and Libraries Division or otherwise agrees to proceed. The district requests that the selected service provider file FCC Form 474, Service Provider Invoice, to seek reimbursement directly from the Universal Service Administrative Company for the eligible E-Rate portion.
