The Minnesota Department of Military Affairs intends to purchase one M4-SNE10502-0 SNE Network Engine from Johnson Controls Inc. The agency has determined that Johnson Controls Inc. is the only vendor able to provide a compatible M4-SNE10502 network engine for the existing HVAC system. This is a single-source purchase, not a request for bids or proposals.
