The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans District, is procuring two fully assembled pneumatic three-way temperature control valves and pneumatic control systems with integral temperature sensors for the U.S. Dredge Wheeler. Required specifications include an 8-inch nominal pipe size, fresh water/marine Caretreat service, bronze bodies, 150 RF standard end connections, standard pneumatic actuation with manual override, 1/4-inch NPT pneumatic connections, and a 3–15 PSI signal. The contractor must supply and deliver the hardware by June 1, 2027, along with operation and maintenance manuals and hydrostatic pressure-testing and seat-leakage certifications. Before submitting a final quote, prospective contractors must conduct a physical site visit to verify the existing installation, including available space, structural supports, pipeline layout, and instrument-air connections. Technical quote materials must include general arrangement drawings, a piping and instrumentation schematic, and complete product datasheets for the valve body, actuator, and controller.
