Description
The 846th Test Squadron intends to procure anthropomorphic test device sustainment replacement parts, factory calibration, sensor certification, and diagnostic services for JPATS Case-1 LOIS and Case-6 LARD configurations. The notice identifies Humanetics Innovative Solutions, Inc. as the intended sole source because of proprietary technical data, design specifications, and OEM-controlled calibration and certification procedures. This is a notice of intent, not a competitive proposal request; responsible sources may submit capability statements, proposals, or quotations for consideration in deciding whether to compete the procurement.
