Description
The State of Washington, acting through the Department of Enterprise Services on behalf of the Department of Commerce, is soliciting proposals for the sale of surplus real property at 1036 East Victoria Avenue in Burlington, Washington. The property consists of a vacant, two-story commercial-class structure of approximately 11,939 square feet on 0.30 acres, formerly used as a behavioral health facility. It is zoned commercial and will be conveyed by quitclaim deed. The property is sold "as is, where is" and has deferred-maintenance deficiencies. Interested parties must submit written interest or a proposal by email to the project manager, reference Project No. 24-10-325, and agree to use a Purchase and Sale Agreement approved by the Office of the Attorney General. Government entities receive priority consideration before the property is opened to private purchasers.
