Description
Montgomery County is seeking a contractor to manage and operate the outdoor ice rink at Veterans Plaza. The contractor will be responsible for facility operations, maintenance, repairs, revenue control, staffing, safety and security, customer satisfaction, programming, merchandise, and proposed fees and prices. The required operation plan must address intended facility use, operating hours, services, staffing, safety and security, merchandise, programming, internal controls, customer-satisfaction measurement, fees and prices, landscaping and horticulture, and maintenance, snow, rubbish-removal, and cleaning schedules. All proposed plans, schedules, services, merchandise, prices, fees, and hours are subject to the County's prior written approval. Subcontracting or assignment is prohibited without the County's written permission.
