Description
The New Mexico Aging and Long-Term Services Department is accepting applications from senior centers for capital outlay funding to acquire meal-delivery, passenger, accessible, or specialized vehicles needed for senior-center services. The opportunity is an application for reimbursement-based funding rather than a conventional goods or services procurement. Applicants must submit the Vehicles & Equipment questionnaire and supporting materials including a certification letter, ICIP documentation, scope-of-work and deliverables schedule, project budget and funding sources worksheet, applicable quotes or cost estimates, an ongoing maintenance budget, and a fleet maintenance and management plan. The provided worksheets require project scope, deliverables, costs, funding sources, advance-funding capability, and maintenance information.
