Description
The Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority is soliciting sealed bids for storage of Silverliner IV and V transformers over a two-year period. Bids must be submitted electronically through SEPTA's Electronic Procurement System; mailed or hand-delivered bids will be rejected. A nonmandatory pre-bid meeting will be held via Microsoft Teams. Questions must be submitted in writing by the stated deadline, and the bid will be opened electronically on the submission deadline. The resulting contract will be subject to federal financial assistance requirements, including applicable disadvantaged business enterprise opportunity, equal employment opportunity, nondiscrimination, and ineligible-contractor certifications.
