Description
UNDP is seeking a local vendor to provide end-to-end warehousing and distribution services for HIV prevention commodities supporting Egypt's National AIDS Program. The commodities include condoms, lubricants, needles and syringes, HIV self-test and rapid test kits, and oral PrEP medicines. The scope includes receiving, controlled ambient storage, inventory management, order processing, dispatch preparation, transportation, and delivery to NGOs and designated service delivery points across Egypt. The provider must maintain WHO Good Storage and Distribution Practices, temperature and humidity monitoring, segregated storage areas, security and confidentiality controls, traceable inventory records, trained personnel, suitable vehicles, and documented standard operating procedures. Required reporting includes inventory and transaction records, pallet utilization reports, incident reports, and signed proof of delivery. The opportunity is structured as a Long-Term Agreement with services activated through purchase orders; pricing is requested for storage, handling, dispatch preparation, transportation by destination, and emergency delivery surcharges.
