Description
Romeo Community Schools is soliciting proposals for Project BP01, Hevel Elementary Addition and Renovation. The work is divided into bid categories including concrete, masonry, structural steel, general trades, roofing, glazing, ceilings and drywall, flooring, painting, tile, fire suppression, mechanical, electrical, and site work. Proposals must be based on the project manual, bidding documents, construction documents, specifications, and drawings identified in the advertisement. Proposals must be submitted online through BuildingConnected by the stated deadline. Bidders must provide bid security and submit an OSHA Form 300 for the most recent completed year, workers' compensation information, an Experience Modification Rate factor, the required sworn familial-relationship disclosure, the Affidavit of Compliance under the Iran Economic Sanctions Act, and the Criminal Background and Sex Offender Affidavit. Accepted bidders must furnish satisfactory performance and payment bonds as a condition of award, and certificates of insurance are required during prequalification through TradeTapp.
