Description
The Jersey City Municipal Utilities Authority is seeking a contractor to furnish, store, and deliver bypass materials for the Summit and Carlton Avenue Water Main and Aqueduct Improvements Project. Required materials include 30-inch rotating double-disc mechanical-joint tapping valves; 36-inch by 30-inch HDPE reducers; 30-inch mechanical-joint adaptors; 36-inch fusible HDPE DR 11 DIPS pipe; HDPE tees, fittings, adaptors, and bends; a 2-inch air-release valve; and a 36-inch butterfly valve. Bidders must submit the written bid pages furnished in the contract documents, along with the required bid security and surety consent. The submission package must include one hard-copy original, one hard-copy copy, and one CD-ROM or USB drive version in PDF format; plans and prevailing-wage rates do not need to be included. A performance bond equal to 100% of the contract price will be required from the successful bidder.
