Description
Clark Construction is requesting subcontractor qualifications for Bid Package 26, Phase 2B Millwork/Casework, for UCLA Health’s renovation of a 170,000-gross-square-foot, two-story life sciences building. The estimated value of the bid package is $1,604,000, and the work is designated for a C-6 Cabinet, Millwork and Finish Carpentry Contractor. The scope includes casework in work rooms, staff lounges, exam rooms, MRI rooms, restrooms, and support spaces; lobby check-in and nurse stations; wood wall and ceiling panels; custom partitions, including a wood slat wall; and custom wood/metal wall paneling. The project is classified as HCAI Level 3, will follow applicable inspection protocols, and targets minimum LEED Silver ID+C certification. The completed prequalification questionnaire and associated documents must be submitted through BuildingConnected by the stated deadline. Interior construction is anticipated to begin May 1, 2027, with the formal request for proposals anticipated November 5, 2026.
