Description
Defence Construction Canada is seeking proposals from design-build teams for the design and construction of a new 250-person modular office complex at CFB Edmonton using a modified design-build approach. The scope includes architectural, sustainable design, structural, mechanical, electrical, civil or municipal engineering, drafting, project management, superintendent, Indigenous relations coordination, and industrial security management services. The estimated construction cost is approximately $14.8 million, and the estimated contract period is 22 months. The selected contractor must hold a valid Designated Organization Screening issued through Canada's Contract Security Program. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the MERX Electronic Bidding System.
