Description
The Executive Office for United States Attorneys (EOUSA) intends to solicit and award a sole-source contract to RISS National Policy Group for nationwide membership in the Regional Information Sharing Systems (RISS) Program. The RISS Program, comprising six regional centers and the RISS Technology Center, provides critical support to federal, state, local, tribal, and territorial law enforcement agencies. It focuses on investigative case support, secure information and intelligence sharing, and officer safety and wellness, addressing a wide range of crimes including violent crime, terrorism, trafficking, and cybercrime. This membership is essential for USAOs to acquire and share information with law enforcement officials nationwide, access investigative support for trials, and obtain specialized training and resources. The anticipated performance period includes a base year plus four option years. This notice serves as an intent to award on a sole-source basis and is not a request for competitive quotations. Any information received within five days of publication may be considered.
