Description
The United Nations Development Programme is soliciting quotations for civil works at two social dining facilities operated by Guatemala's Ministry of Social Development. The four independent lots cover correction of hydrosanitary systems and facility renovation at FEGUA; the same work at Roosevelt; mechanical exhaust ventilation at FEGUA; and combined mechanical supply-and-exhaust ventilation at Roosevelt. Work includes plumbing, drainage, sanitary fixtures, flooring, tile, painting, doors, windows, accessibility improvements, exterior works, safety equipment, and related construction activities. The ventilation lots require supply and installation of specified HVAC equipment, electrical connections, supports, controls, and testing. Bidders may submit offers for one or more lots, with awards made by lot. The solicitation requires company experience, qualified key personnel, technical and financial offer forms, technical data sheets, recent project references, legal documentation, and a 0.5% bid-maintenance bond. Lotes 1 and 2 have 90-day performance periods, while Lotes 3 and 4 require installation within 20 days during Phase 2. The updated package replaces four technical and financial templates under Amendment 2.
