Description
Stephenville Independent School District is seeking proposals for districtwide Category 1 data transmission services. The requirements include two strands of leased dark fiber connecting the district network operations center in the Stephenville Administration Building to district facilities, and fully managed leased lit-fiber service providing shared 10 Gbps bandwidth across the district. The district identifies seven service entities, including elementary, intermediate, junior high, high school, alternative education, stadium, and administration facilities. Proposals should include installation and initial configuration, maintenance and technical support, bandwidth scalability during the contract term, and separate pricing for eligible and non-eligible services. The district is seeking month-to-month service options and requests installment payments of up to four years for applicable special-construction charges. Proposals must comply with applicable E-Rate, FCC, and Texas Education Agency purchasing requirements and include any requested contracts with voluntary-extension options.
