Description
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's Office of Marine and Aviation Operations intends to negotiate a sole-source, firm-fixed-price purchase order with RVET Operating, LLC for booth participation at job fairs hosted by RVET Operating. RVET Operating hosts more than 100 job fairs annually, and the notice states that no other company has authority to grant booth access to those events.
