Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking up to four small-business contractors for firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contracts providing supplemental architect-engineer services through individual task orders at facilities throughout the United States. Work will generally occur in fully occupied, operational, secure correctional environments and may involve complex design, coordination among disciplines and institutions, and construction inspection. The contract includes a one-year base period, up to four one-year option periods, and a possible six-month extension. Each contract has a guaranteed annual minimum of $10,000 and an estimated annual maximum of $10,000,000. Respondents must submit current Parts I and II of Standard Form 330, a cover letter with specified firm-identification and contact information, and the requested project experience, key-personnel resumes, project-management narrative, cost-control and quality-control narrative, and client references. Submissions must be electronic, in Adobe format, searchable PDF for narrative portions, and uploaded through the designated Box portal; no paper, fax, mail, hand delivery, or extraneous attachments will be accepted. The acquisition is a 100 percent small-business set-aside, and selection will involve SF-330 evaluation and interviews before formal proposal and rate negotiations.
