Tulsa International Airport is seeking artists, museums, groups, or individuals to develop digital art concepts for vinyl installation in post-security guest services areas on both concourses. The artwork must reflect Tulsa, use vibrant colors, and visually direct passengers toward the lower level. The graphics should be a unique representation of Tulsa; they do not need to depict or label the quiet room, sensory room, mother's room, family restroom, or pet relief area. Applicants may submit a proposal for one wall or both walls and must identify which wall they are proposing for. The Cultural Advisory Committee may select one artist for both walls with different concepts or two artists for one wall each; submitting two designs is encouraged. Applicants must provide contact information, a display title, dimensions, a brief artwork description explaining its suitability, and photos or renderings. The selected artwork must be installed by March 31, 2027, and the contract period is two years. The total artist stipend is $4,000 for one artist designing both locations or $2,000 per location if divided between two artists; the airport will cover vinyl installation costs.
