Description
The Bureau of Indian Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide labor, supervision, tools, equipment, materials, and services to rekey Building 1725 to an interchangeable core system. Work includes removing existing lock cores, installing compatible replacement cores, addressing defective components, providing required keys, and following the Government-approved keying hierarchy. The contractor must coordinate scheduling to minimize disruption to school operations, maintain key control and security, verify that doors latch and lock properly, and provide labeling, key-control records, final as-built keying documentation, warranties, closeout materials, and training for school maintenance staff. The solicitation is updated to a 100% small-business set-aside, and Amendment 0002 extends the offer deadline to September 23, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. CDT. Quotes must include separate technical and price volumes in PDF format, with the technical narrative limited to five pages, the required Indian Affairs Indian Economic Enterprise Representation Form, and acknowledgment of Amendment 0002.
