The City of Carlsbad is soliciting sealed bids for construction of the Sheeps Draw 5-million-gallon Water Storage Tank No. 5. The project includes installing a welded steel water storage tank at the Sheeps Draw tank site and connecting it to the existing 30-inch transmission line.
