Description
This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a C-5 Direct Linear Valve, National Stock Number (NSN) 4810001164496UC, and Part Number (PN) 36190-1, manufactured by Eaton Aerospace LLC (Cage Code 99643). The item is a hydraulic directional control valve assembly with a three-way, two-position configuration and a 3000 PSIG operating pressure. It measures 6.88 inches in length, 3.18 inches in width, and 4.18 inches in height, weighing 0.79 pounds. Due to Eaton Aerospace LLC being the original equipment manufacturer and holding the proprietary technical data, they are considered the only responsible source for this requirement. The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) intends to award a sole source contract to Eaton Aerospace LLC for the manufacture of this valve to support the C-5 Aircraft. Other interested parties may submit their capability and interest by July 10, 2026.
