Description
Passaic Valley Water Commission is soliciting professional services for a financial adviser under Project No. 26-PA-12. Responders must use the standardized forms supplied in the submission package without modification or alteration. The submission must include a completed Conflict of Interest Certification, Non-Collusion Affidavit, Disclosure of Ownership Statement, Insurance Requirements Acknowledgement, Mandatory Equal Employment Opportunity acknowledgement, and a copy of the applicable New Jersey Business Registration Certificate. The Commission will accept hand-delivered or mailed submissions and may award the contract or reject all submissions within 60 days of receipt, unless that period is extended with the responders’ consent.
