Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ Engineer Research and Development Center intends to establish a five-year master Blanket Purchase Agreement for explosive effects and blast-loading supplies and devices used with exploding bridge-wire detonators. Requested supplies include EBW detonators and ignitors, RP-80 and RP-83 non-bridged headed EBWs, FS-17 control units and firing modules, twin-lead high-voltage cables, and Type C high-voltage coaxial cables with connectors, flying leads, or ends, including specified spool lengths and connector configurations. This is a special notice of intent to make a sole-source award to Teledyne Risi, Inc.; it is not a request for competitive quotes and no solicitation document exists. Interested parties may submit capability statements with pricing for the Government’s consideration, but the Government retains discretion over whether to compete the requirement.
