Description
The West Virginia Parkways Authority is seeking a vendor for a one-time purchase of various network cameras: 16 outdoor 4MP bullet cameras, 7 1080p PTZ cameras, 4 4MP turret cameras, and 2 6MP 360-degree panoramic dome cameras, or equivalent products. Equivalent products must be identified by manufacturer and exact model and supported by technical literature demonstrating compliance with the mandatory specifications. Required features vary by camera and include outdoor-rated construction, infrared illumination, wide dynamic range, network/IP operation, Power over Ethernet, local or network-attached storage, video analytics, cybersecurity features, vandal resistance, and specified image, environmental, audio, and viewing capabilities. The award will be made to one vendor offering compliant products at the lowest overall total cost. Products must be new, unused, genuine manufacturer products in original packaging and delivered within 21 calendar days after receipt of an Agency Purchase Order.
