Description
The Massachusetts Trial Court, Office of Court Management, Facilities Management & Capital Planning Department is soliciting sealed electronic bids from DCAMM-certified prime HVAC or mechanical prime contractors for the chiller plant replacement project at Palmer District Court. The project documents were prepared by EDM Engineering and dated June 30, 2026. Only electronic bids will be accepted; hard-copy bids are not permitted. Bidders must register as electronic bidders and prepare and submit their bids through the designated electronic bidding system. General bidders must hold DCAMM certification in HVAC (Prime) or Mechanical Prime.
