Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking a firm-fixed-price contractor to supply and deliver bread products under three line items: whole wheat sliced hot dog buns, whole wheat sliced hamburger buns, and fresh kosher whole wheat sliced bread loaves. The estimated annual quantities are 7,176 hot dog buns, 15,600 hamburger buns, and 28,600 22-slice kosher wheat bread loaves. Deliveries are required bi-weekly during the period of performance from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027. Products must meet the stated Commercial Item Description standards and line-item specifications; fresh bread must be delivered within 48 hours after baking. Quotes must include unit and total prices for the items offered, along with a brief description of packaging, and must include the completed solicitation document and vendor information sheet.
