Description
UNDP Georgia seeks a qualified transportation provider to furnish vehicles and professional drivers for UNDP, its projects, and other UN agencies throughout Georgia. Services include group transportation, airport transfers, intercity travel, and daily, monthly, or yearly vehicle support for field trips. Required vehicle categories are four-wheel-drive SUVs, sedans, electric sedans, minibuses, and buses, with specified capacity, age, safety, air-conditioning, heating, and fuel or power requirements. At least two proposed vehicles must be fully electric or plug-in hybrid models. Drivers must have at least five years of safe driving experience, valid licenses, basic English knowledge, and the ability to complete mandatory safety training if selected. The procurement will establish a non-exclusive long-term agreement for one year, with possible extensions for up to two additional years. The estimated purchasing volume is USD 200,000 over three years, but this is a forecast and does not guarantee orders. Bidders must submit company, vehicle, insurance, driver, financial, experience, technical, and performance documentation, along with completed quotation, technical, and financial offer forms. Pricing must cover daily vehicle rates, extra-kilometer rates, driver overtime, and driver per diem, with financial evaluation based on a weighted simulated-trip model.
