Description
The City is seeking proposals from artists for murals along its Greenbelt trail system. There is no prescribed theme; artwork should enhance and engage the public. Proposals may involve painting or reshaping 4-by-8-foot wood panels, which will be bolted to steel frames. Artists may work on panels off site, and the addendum notes that vehicle and on-site work liability insurance is required before award and commencement of work. The addendum corrects the submission email domain to bids@southportland.gov and asks applicants to acknowledge receipt of the addendum in their proposal. The original RFP and its deadline are not included in the provided package.
