Description

The Thomas Jefferson Planning District Commission seeks a contractor to provide comprehensive, ongoing management and support for eight public-facing WordPress websites using Elementor. Services include hosting migration and administration; domain, DNS, and cPanel management; WordPress core, theme, plugin, and security maintenance; backups and malware monitoring; content publishing; technical troubleshooting; accessibility and responsive design; usability and SEO improvements; website redesigns, rebranding, content migration, new sections, integrations, and development of new websites. The contractor will also maintain the OneDrive/SharePoint document-archive integration, configure Google Analytics and Search Console, and support occasional Mailchimp campaigns, report formatting, infographics, graphic design, and printed communications. Routine content requests are expected to be completed within approximately 24 hours, while significant security incidents may require prompt response outside normal business hours. Services may be performed entirely remotely, with no regular on-site requirement. The contract term is three years, with two optional three-year renewal periods. The Q&A addendum states that Attachments A, B, and C are for review and compliance and will be executed at contract award; a note of compliance or written acceptance is sufficient with the proposal.
