Description
The City of Mobile’s Department of Community and Housing Development is soliciting quotes for a roof replacement at a residence through its Critical Repair Program. Contractors must have a verified application, including required documentation and credentials, on file with the Community and Housing Development Office to be eligible. New contractors must meet with the program inspector in person to receive the application packet and discuss program requirements. The attached solicitation PDF and any issued addenda must be included with the bid response. The city notes that contractors should accommodate homeowners and be considerate of their time and families.
