Description
The Energy and Environmental Research Center is seeking bids for two engineering studies: a Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) study for a CO2 transportation pipeline and a preliminary FEED study for a CO2 enhanced oil recovery (EOR) recycling facility. The pipeline work includes a final report addressing the project schedule, pipeline route and metallurgy, engineering design, site characterization, construction costs, and other requirements in the applicable appendix. The EOR recycling facility work includes a preliminary design for multiple capacities and the other requirements specified in its applicable appendix. The solicitation requires a proposal covering both tasks, a provisional project schedule in Gantt-chart form, a signed Bidder Information and Signature Page, comparable project experience and project references, company qualifications and relevant project descriptions, key personnel resumes, a cost proposal by task and labor category, and proposed subcontractor information if applicable. The work is associated with a one-year contract term and includes task deliverables due in 2027.
