Description
This Sources Sought/Request for Information concerns renovation and reconfiguration of existing inpatient and outpatient pharmacy spaces within Fort Yates Hospital. The work would be phased to maintain continuous pharmacy operations, including creation of a temporary outpatient pharmacy, relocation of pharmacy equipment and storage systems, renovation of outpatient and inpatient pharmacy areas, and conversion of existing spaces into nursing, medical, sterile storage, and future physical therapy areas. Additional work includes relocating and installing pharmacy equipment, shelving, a narcotics cage and vault, refrigerators/freezers, and a ScriptPro robot; replacing the outpatient pharmacy air-handling unit; and upgrading the Johnson Controls Metasys building automation system to the Metasys User Interface. The anticipated construction magnitude is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. This notice requests capability and market-research information only; proposals are not being requested or accepted.
